Booking Policy
- For groups of 3 or more, please call us to book your appointment.
- For nail designs, please book in advance or send us a reference photo before your appointment so we can reserve the proper amount of time.
- After 3 no-shows, a deposit will be required for future bookings.
- We can hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please call us if you are running late.

Service Safety Guidelines
- We have zero tolerance for discrimination, disrespect, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff.
- We reserve the right to decline service for clients with open wounds, infections, or any condition that may affect service safety.
- If you have diabetes or any health concerns, please inform us before your service so we can provide appropriate care.

Refund & Repair Policy
- No refunds will be provided for any services already performed.
- Nail enhancements and shellac services include a 7-day guarantee. Repairs within 7 days will be provided at no additional cost.
- After the 7-day period, repair fees will apply.
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work, please let us know during your service so we can address it right away.
- Regular polish is not covered by any guarantee.
